Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. Prices are in Australian dollars and, where GST applies, are shown inclusive of GST.

We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount charged.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes when the carrier delivers to the address you provided. Please check tracking details once your order ships.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced or refunded as the law requires.
