We ship within Australia. The rate you choose at checkout is the amount charged; free shipping may apply above the store threshold.

Options
Standard and express options (when offered) appear at checkout with their prices, inclusive of GST when we are registered to collect it. You will see the total, including shipping, before you pay.
Once your order ships we email the carrier and tracking number.
Timing
Orders ship once paid and packed. Estimates on this site and at checkout are guides, not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity and remote addresses can add time.
Delays and lost parcels
If a parcel appears stuck, or is marked delivered and you cannot find it, reply to your shipping email or use the contact form with the tracking number and we will raise it with the carrier.
Making happens in Brazil; we do not describe the shoes as Australian made. Design and the house sit in Australia; parcels leave from the fulfilment address we confirm at dispatch.
